The stadium has a capacity of 10,000 when fully open, but due to safety restrictions and the closure of the North stand, it can presently hold just 7,276. The stadium once hosted a pop concert under the previous owner, Keith Haslam, but the sale included a clause preventing use for non-sports events until 2032. The ground is now fully owned by John and Carolyn Radford after a series of payment installments from 2012 were concluded in early 2019.
